At Good Vybes we strive to set the standard for the loc industry, from loc starter methods, loc maintenance, loc extensions, natural hair care, all the way to customer service. We bring you the Good Vybes Experience that we spent decades perfecting, so that each of your visits to our salon leaves you excited to come back for more.  Below is a non exhaustive list of the terms and conditions of our salon.

PAYMENT
We only accept debit and credit card payments. In exceptional circumstances, we will accept CasAapp or Venmo payments. In even more exceptional circumstances, we will accept cash payment with a $10 penalty. 

APPOINTMENTS AND DEPOSITS
We require deposits for all services. The deposit amount varies depending on the service(s) you are looking to get done. If you are a returning client making a weekday appointment, you still have to pay a deposit depending on the service(s) you are looking to get done. We reserve the right to require a deposit for any other reason we deem reasonable. This is a deposit, not a booking fee, so the amount paid will be applied to your total due at checkout. Appointment deposits are non refundable, but can be applied to a different appointment date/time if you notify us no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

 

There is a 15 minute grace period for you to show up to your appointment, thereafter, Good Vybes reserves the right to cancel the appointment. Between the 15 minute mark and 30 minute mark if client and/or stylist still desires to continue with service there will be a $20 late fee assessed at the discretion of Good Vybes Hair Studio. The late fee plus the remaining service cost is due before service is rendered.

 

Upon a no call no show, client forfeits their deposit and thereafter can only reschedule an appointment at the discretion of Good Vybes. If client desires to make any new appointment, client will have to contact Good Vybes and the new appointment deposit will be half of the service rate.

REFUNDS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds. However, we will offer you to come in so we can see what the issue is and fix it at no charge.

SOCIAL MEDIA PUBLISHING
If you know our brand, you know that we love sharing updates of what is happening at the salon with our followers. By coming to our salon, you are likely to be photographed/video recorded for publication on our social media. If for any reason you do not want your image being used in our social media posts, please notify us when you make your appointment, or as soon as you come into the salon so we can accommodate your request.

We reserve the right to modify our services, products, prices, policies and procedures. Please refer to our website for any updates.

PRIVACY POLICY
Good Vybes is strongly committed to protecting your personal information. We won’t sell, disclose, or share your personal identifying information collected on our website or other platforms to or with any other party.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Good Vybes does not accept liability beyond the solutions set forth herein, including, but not limited to, the provision of services and support. Good Vybes will not be accountable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. For any liability related to the purchase of products, Good Vybes is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customers for the purchase of the product(s) at issue.
